Ensemble and ISPI Partner on CBPM Certification

As of December 2011, Ensemble Management Consulting and ISPI (International Society of Performance Improvement) are partnering to bring you the first “performance-based” project management certifications. This means that becoming certified requires demonstrating, to predefined criteria, that you can successfully use CBPM. There are no time or testing requirements. If you complete our courses successfully (including using our tools to document your success) , you will have demonstrated your ability to use CBPM and you will be Certified.

There are three CBPM Certification credentials:

1. Certified CBPM Project Leader
2. Certified CBPM Project Manager
3. Certified CBPM Coach
