Who We Are
Ray has been a Project Manager on numerous successful teams over the course of his 35-year career. He has worked on industrial plants, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and office buildings worldwide for petrochemical, pharmaceutical, primary metals, consumer products, munitions, nuclear fuel, and semiconductor industries. Ray has worked for and with designers, contractors and owners on projects as large as $650M.
At Intel Corporation in the mid-90’s, Ray began to use the Commitment-Based Project Management “Map Day” process. Ray has also worked with general contractors to complete projects and incorporate new processes to create greater project efficiency and more satisfied owners.
His association with Ensemble Consulting and Commitment-Based Project Management has enabled Ray to consult with many more project teams, offering project experience, knowledge, coaching and mentoring to those who wish to improve their project leadership and management skills.
